We offer free and easy 30-day returns. You may submit your return request via SOYBU RETURN PORTAL.

Enter your order number and select a reason for return. Reasons include – Size/fit, color, changed my mind. Download the shipping label and print it.

Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process in your bank account. 
Currently, we do not offer any exchange.

2. Expedited Shipping – Your order will be delivered in 2-3 business days. 
3. Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package.
4. Orders typically take 24-48 hours to be processed.  Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to ship. During holidays or weekends, the order processing might be delayed by a couple of days. 
5. If shipping to a P.O Box, please select standard shipping only. We cannot guarantee expedited shipping to P.O Box.
